Annual Meeting - Postponed

The Annual Meeting, currently scheduled for February 15th, 2018, is being postponed to a later date.

Use of the Playground and Common Areas
During spring and summer months, please take care in tending to the children in the neighborhood. Management has noticed a significant increase in the number of children in the community and would like to stress that the playground is the best place for their safety. Playing sports in the streets is a concern and vehicle damage is an issue. The kids safety is first and foremost. Please cleanup after your children. Juice boxes and trash in the streets and living areas is to be avoided. Thank you!
Recycle Bins and Trash Cans
Please insure that trash and recycle is not placed out for pick-up before 7:00 PM on the night before pick-up. Also, please bring in all containers on the day trash and recycle has been removed. Otherwise, you will have a $25 fine assessed. Thank you
Vehicle Tows
As all or most residents know, the builder allotted for three vehicles per unit, but less than two spaces per household. Vehicles get reported frequently for not being moved for 7 days or more. If the vehicle is not driven, park it on Crofton Parkway. Parking is at a premium in Regime 5. Please be courteous to your neighbors and free up parking. Otherwise, risk a fine of $250 or more plus daily storage fees. In addition, if traveling for 7 days or more, advise management of your return date to avoid accidental towing via phone or email.
On-Line Payment Services
Payment via Credit and Debit cards is now available and provided by PAYPAL.
Board Meetings
Board meetings are open to all owners and are held on the third Thursday of every month excluding August (Summer break) and December. They are held at Crofton Town Hall located at 1576 Crofton Parkway, Crofton, MD 21114.
