S&A Management has been in business since 1985 and manages both condominium and home owner association developments.  We provide specialized services that can be suited to your needs.

 

Unlike most management companies, we don't charge for activities required to provide the services you deserve.  Most management companies charge for phone calls, travel to board meetings and other extraneous charges.  We feel that the rate we charge includes these costs of doing business.
